Forest Health Protection

Forest Health Watches

The Northeastern Area’s Forest Health Protection field staff produces these newsletters – Durham Field Office produces New England & New York, the Morgantown Field Office does the Mid-Atlantic States, and the St. Paul Field Office is responsible for the Central States and Lakes States. The newsletters provide information for forest land managers about current forest health issues in their areas, such as insect and pathogen outbreaks, emerging information on invasive exotics insects and plants, and other potential threats to forest health.
